|Home : Our Fees|
Generally, an exact fee cannot be determined before a case is completed, although in most cases your attorney will be able to estimate your financial obligation upon accepting the case. Some work is performed on an hourly basis. For other matters, a fixed fee is appropriate, and some cases are handled on a contingent fee basis.
It is necessary to consider several factors when arriving at a fee, such as: (a) complexity of the case; (b) novelty and difficulty of the questions involved; (c) unusual demands of time; (d) results accomplished; (e) experience and expertise of particular lawyers involved; and (f) likelihood that acceptance of the case will preclude accepting other cases. We are always happy to discuss our fees with you. It is important to us that you feel our charges are fair.
